Our regular shipping rate is a flat rate of $34.99. All orders, including Free Shipping, incur a $10 box charge. We ship via UPS Next Day.

7-Day Stay Alive Guarantee on all coral shipments. We understand the uncertainty of ordering online and we are proud to offer this guarantee to our online customers. Please be sure to follow all the guidelines below, or the guarantee will be voided.

In the event the coral does not stay alive for 7 days we will issue a replacement of the coral. If the coral is no longer available, we will issue a store credit. This guarantee does not cover new shipping fees or box charges.

If a coral arrives DOA or extremely stressed please EMAIL us a clear picture of the DOA or stressed specimen. Photo's must be received within the first 3 hours of receiving and signing for the package.

You must sign for the package. If the package is not signed for the guarantee is void.

The guarantee begins on the date and time of delivery.

We usually require the specimen to be mailed back to us, so please do not discard it. If the specimen cannot be provided, the guarantee is void. Also, please do not mail the item back without our consent. We will confirm if the specimen should be sent back.

If the coral becomes unattached or is missing, we will not provide a credit. It's your responsibility to provide proof of the deceased coral.

Some of our extremely rare corals do not fall under the 7-Day Guarantee. These items will be clearly marked with no guarantee.

Guarantee applies to online orders only. Walk-in's have the convenience of hand picking their specimens, so the guarantee does not apply.

Any orders you wish to cancel must be cancelled within 24 hours after placing your order or there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Discount Program
-Purchase $250 and receive $20 credit towards an additional coral.
-Purchase between $251-$350 and receive $40 credit towards an additional coral.
-Purchase between $351-$450 and receive $50 credit towards an additional coral.

Please be sure to mention our discount program when placing your order. Items marked "Sale" do not count towards discount program total.
